Telephone PoleWell, I took yesterday off. It's sad really that if I didn't promise my husband at least one day, I would work seven days a week. I'm a workaholic. But it's ok, I like what I do. The last few days I've been "snowed in" as far as Portland is concerned. Having family from Chicago, South Dakota and Denver, I laugh as the news makes it seem like 10 feet of snow fell overnight, and the city is falling apart. Needless to say, I've only ventured out the grocery store a few times to avoid the horrid drivers, because really Portland, it's not me, it's you. [two_third]It's all good though, I've been quite busy. I just completed a full logo and branding design, with website on the ready. I've got one still in the works, and two new clients as of this weekend. So, with all this work, and all the desk jockeying I've been doing lately (and the fact that I haven't been to the gym in almost a week now), I've been really thinking about my health. If you follow my Instagram feed, you'll see a yummy green smoothie or two. But, I also found this little gem over at Rog Law Fitness...[/two_third]

I've had back issues since I was 12, yes, that's right, I said 12. Thanksgiving day, I slipped a disc in my back for the first of four times now. Recently though, with the extra sitting, it's become more constant, and I'm always looking for more ways to improve. So, this is one, mobility, and I thought I'd share it with you in case you are a desk jockey too, and because this blog doesn't just have to be about design, right?

Stay tuned for new branding boards. I can't wait to share with you what I've been working on. Till then...
